At Tapmetic, we want you to be satisfied with your order.
Customized Products
Because many Tapmetic products are personalized or custom-made, customized orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started, except in cases of:
Manufacturing defects
Wrong item received
Damage caused before delivery
Non-Custom Products
For eligible non-custom items, return requests must be made within [7 / 14] days of delivery, and the item must be:
Unused
In original condition
In original packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
A short explanation
Clear photos of the item and packaging
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment method where possible within [5–14 business days], depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect:
Personalized/custom NFC cards
Used items
Digital setup or profile configuration services already delivered
Items damaged by misuse after delivery
